• CarePool (415-454-0927) - Vivalon’s Volunteer Driver Program for free medical and grocery trips
• Marin Access Paratransit (415-454-0902) - Marin Access Paratransit provides pre-scheduled bus transportation for persons with disabilities who cannot independently use regular Marin Transit or Golden Gate Transit bus service some - or all of the time.
• Marin Transit: Catch-a-Ride (415-454-0902) - Marin Catch-A-Ride offers eligible riders up to ten discounted taxi rides per month. You must be enrolled in Marin Access and be 65+ and a resident of Marin County.
• Partnership Transportation Services: Transportation - Non-Emergency Medical (866-828-2303) - For PHC members who need assistance getting to medical appointments by wheelchair van, gurney, airway management, and/or medical observation during transport.
• Partnership Transportation Services: Transportation - Non-Medical (866-828-2303) - For PHC members who need assistance getting to medical appointments by car, bus, train, or taxi.
• Vivalon: Carepool (415-454-0927) - Offering free rides to Marin County residents 65 or older and to people with disabilities to go to their medical appointments
