Visiting Hours

Limited Visitor Policy Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

  • Patients staying in the Medical Center may have 1 visitor per day between 10 am – 6 pm.
  • Same-day surgery & procedure patients may have 1 visitor, who can stay on campus (in designated surgical waiting areas) during the surgery, or wait off-site if waiting areas are full. Visitors are not allowed in pre-op or the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
  • Women in labor may have 1 support person (a partner, doula, etc.)
  • Pediatric patients may have 1 support person
  • NICU patients may have 2 support persons
  • Patients of the Emergency Department and other Outpatient Services(such as lab and imaging) are not allowed visitors, except under the following conditions:
    • One escort for elderly/disabled patient
    • Visiting a patient who is at "End of Life"
    • Picking up a patient who is being discharged
    • Another necessary/urgent/legal visit

All visitors will go through the health screening and temperature check before entry, and all visitors will be given a surgical mask to wear for the duration of their visit. Learn more about hospital safety precautions.
