In-Person Appointments

To schedule an appointment, please call our office:  1-415-388-2777, or submit your request via MyChart. Our team respects your busy schedule and is committed to running on-time. Appointments are booked with ample time to address patients' needs and ensure our physician remains on time. If emergencies impact the scheduling during the day, we strive to keep you informed of any delays and offer you alternatives to waiting. However if you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 9-1-1 or visit your nearest emergency room.

Telehealth Appointments

For the convenience of our patients, our office is pleased to offer telehealth appointments. You can use your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with webcam to connect with your provider from the comfort of your home. You will be able to see and hear your provider for a real-time, video-based interaction. Call our office for more information or to schedule an appointment.
