Telehealth Appointments

All of our MarinHealth Medical Network locations now offer telehealth appointments, which allow you to see your provider from the comfort of your home. You can use your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop with webcam to participate. You will be able to see and hear your provider for a real-time, video-based interaction.

Patients of our Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Pediatric Care clinics can schedule an appointment online via the MyChart app. If you are currently a patient of one of our other MarinHealth Medical Network Clinics, please call your provider’s office to schedule an appointment. If you are a new patient in search of a doctor, call 1-888-627-4642.


Telehealth Appointment FAQs

  • Your video visit will be billed as an in-person clinic visit. Deductibles and co-pays still apply.
  • To avoid additional charges from your cellular provider, use a Wi-Fi connection.
  • Choose a private, quiet location where you will not be interrupted. You must be located in the state of California at the time of the visit.
  • Please have the following items readily available:
    • A list of your current medications
    • Thermometer
    • Home Blood Pressure cuff
    • Pulse Oximetry (to measure O2 saturation)
