Receive an update on your average blood sugar levels over the past three months. This important piece of information leads to better blood sugar management.

7 or 14 Day Professional Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Placements
Wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor for 7 or 14 days gives us a deeper look into your blood sugar patterns each day and over time. This valuable information will enable our staff and your primary care physician (PCP) or endocrinologist help you to achieve improved blood sugar management.

Personal Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Set Up and Glucose Trend Analysis
Our staff can help you get started with your own personal Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) system. We can assist you in learning to optimize the use of your CGM, including sharing your data with your diabetes care team and loved ones.
