Surgeries, Procedures, and Exams Have Resumed
MarinHealth Medical Center, as well as all other hospitals in the Bay Area,
has been safely performing emergency, lifesaving surgeries during the
Shelter-In-Place. While elective surgeries were placed on hold, a joint
statement by the American College of Surgeons and many other medical associations
have published guidelines and a roadmap for resuming elective surgery
as a result of COVID-19 pandemic. These guidelines set specific criteria
needed to resume elective surgeries and MarinHealth Medical Center has
met the strict criteria. We are fully open to schedule surgeries, procedures
and exams. Please refer to the
following FAQ for more information about surgeries at MarinHealth Medical Center.
