Southern Marin Mother's Club Members - You're invited to attend a special Adult, Child and Infant CPR education class, Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 3:00pm - 6:00pm, at the Conference Center at MarinHealth Medical Center (Ground Floor - enter through Main Lobby)
Class Details:
Topics covered in this course will include responding to choking, stroke, heart attack, and sudden cardiac arrest, as well as emergency action steps, airway management, rescue breathing, chest compressions, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and AED use and operation. After evaluating your knowledge and hands-on skills in accordance with Health and Safety Institute (HSI) program standards, your instructor will issue you a certification in Adult, Child + Infant CPR. Please complete a separate RSVP for each individual/parent attending.
This is a complimentary event for the Southern Marin Mother's Club Community. Complimentary light refreshments will be served. RSVP is required, as there are only 20 spaces available for this event.
Meet the Instructor:
Your instructor will be Lori Garcia. Lori is an American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor, American Safety and Health Association (ASHI) Training Center/Instructor, Medic First Aid Instructor, Pediatric CPR Instructor for MarinHealth Medical Center Volunteer Services and has received a Life-Saving Award from the Novato Fire District.
