Nadia Torres Soto, CNA, CMA
Nadia Torres Soto is the Diabetes Care Program Coordinator at the Braden
Diabetes Center. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from Sonoma State
University. During her time there she also earned certifications as both
a Nursing Assistant and a Medical Assistant. Before stepping into her
current role, Nadia worked for an in-home care agency, starting as a CNA
and eventually moving into a management position, where she coordinated
and ensured quality care for seniors in the community.
Nadia's passion for diabetes care is deeply personal, inspired by her grandfather’s experience with type 2 diabetes. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she is committed to making healthcare more accessible and compassionate for all. In her free time, Nadia enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with her family and relaxing by the waves.
