Ralph Koenker, MD

Dr. Koenker received his MD from the University of California at San Diego. His residency training took place at Massachusettes General Hospital, Harvard Medical school. He subsequently performed a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the University of California, San Francisco. In addition to his board certification in Diagnostic Radiology he holds Certificates of Additional Qualification (CAQs) in Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology. He has used this background to provide thoughtful Interventional and Neuroradiology consultation with particular expertise in vascular diseases of the central nervous system.

Dr. Koenker has a special interest in Computers and Radiology and has been instrumental in transitioning North Bay facilities to digital format and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). Dr. Koenker has served as Medical Director of the Imaging Department at Novato Community Hospital (NCH) since 2001. Additionally he ha served in numerous leadership positions at NCH including Chief of Staff.
