Phil Kurzman, MD

About Provider Dr. Kurzman received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his medical degree from the UCSF School of Medicine. Following his residency training in radiology at the University of Chicago Medical Center, he completed a fellowship in vascular & interventional radiology at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. Dr. Kurzman is board-certified in both diagnostic radiology and vascular & interventional radiology. He is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology and the American College of Radiology. Dr. Kurzman’s special clinical interests include minimally invasive oncological interventions, vertebral augmentation and uterine fibroid embolization.
