About Provider

Kathryn "Katie" Vest, PT, DPT earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Lynchburg in 2020 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2023. She completed an Orthopedic Residency at the VA Palo Alto, where she treated patients across inpatient, emergency, and outpatient settings, helping
Veterans recover from surgery and regain strength, balance, and confidence.

Her treatment philosophy centers on empowering patients through education, addressing fear, and providing individualized, sustainable strategies to help them reach their goals.

Outside of work, she enjoys taking her golden retriever on hikes, learning to cook new dishes, and going antique shopping with friends.
