Izza Bazigh, MD,RhMSUS

Dr. Izza Bazigh values establishing long-term, longitudinal relationships with her patients, as many rheumatologic conditions are chronic and require ongoing care and close follow-up. She believes that effective management is built on trust and open communication between physician and patient. Dr. Bazigh is certified in musculoskeletal ultrasound. She enjoys using ultrasound as both a diagnostic and procedural tool to augment her clinical visits, allowing for more precise assessment and targeted treatment.

Dr. Bazigh's approach focuses on excellent long-term maintenance care aimed at preventing disease flares while maximizing each patient’s quality of life and daily functioning. She strives to partner with patients in shared decision-making so care plans align with their goals and lifestyles. 

Outside of work, Dr. Bazigh is a mom to a young family and enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring science museums, and sharing creativity and art projects with her toddler.
