About Provider Dr. Teper was born and raised in the former Soviet Union. When she was a teen, her family moved to Buffalo, New York, where she lived until moving to the Bay Area for Residency training in 2002. She received her medical degree from SUNY at Buffalo and her post-graduate training at St. Mary's Medical Center in San Francisco. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Teper lives in the beautiful Lucas Valley with her husband, two children, and their dog. She loves working in Marin and serving the community where she lives.
