Hannah Katagiri, MSN, FNP-C, RN, PHN, provides compassionate, patient-centered care grounded in evidence-based medicine. Her experience as a registered nurse, along with her nursing and nurse practitioner training at UCSF, strongly shapes her thoughtful, approachable style, with an emphasis on building meaningful partnerships with patients as they navigate their healthcare journey.

Hannah has a strong clinical interest in neurology developed through her combined experience in nursing, research, and the biomedical industry. She has cared for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions in both hospital and community settings. Hannah has a holistic approach and commitment to team-based care, ensuring patients feel supported and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

Outside of her clinical practice, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, exploring new local restaurants, and traveling with family and friends.
