Grace Martin, MD,FAAP
Dr. Grace Martin has been practicing pediatrics since 2000. She provides comprehensive general pediatric care, including preventive care, acute and chronic illness management, and developmental and behavioral guidance in the outpatient setting. She has more than 20 years of experience as a pediatric hospitalist caring for extremely sick newborns, children and adolescents. She values her relationships with her patients and their families and is known for her thoughtful, collaborative approach. She takes time to listen and partner with parents to make care plans that fit each child and family.
Dr. Martin believes that the newborn period is one of the most vulnerable and beautiful times in a family’s life. She considers it a privilege to support parents during those first weeks, months, and beyond. She especially enjoys guiding families through feeding questions, sleep transitions, growth concerns and those early “Is this normal?” moments.
Dr. Martin raised her two children in Marin and enjoys exploring the North Bay's hiking trails with her family. She is an avid sports fan and spent years coaching youth sports in her hometown. She practices daily mindfulness and supports healthcare professionals through her work as a life coach.
