Chad R. Barylski, ENP-C, DC has a diverse professional background, having worked for Kaiser Permanente, Providence, and UCSF Medical Center. His expertise spans emergency and urgent care medicine, family medicine, and Sports Medicine. He is board-certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner and also has a Doctorate of Chiropractic

He originally hails from the Midwest and Southern California, having relocated to the Bay Area nearly 15 years ago. Outside of work, Chad enjoys golfing, swimming, skiing, fishing and coaching his sons’ baseball teams.
