Bisrat Woldemariam, RN,BSN

Bisrat Woldemariam, RN, BSN, is a registered nurse with 10 years of experience across acute care and outpatient care settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and began her career at Adventist Health St. Helena on the Heart and Vascular Unit. After a few years in acute care, she transitioned into the outpatient setting, gaining experience in oncology infusion before moving into primary care.

In May 2024, she joined the team at Marin Health outpatient cardiology and stepped into her new role as Nurse Navigator for the Women's Heart Health Program in October 2025, where she supports patients through comprehensive, coordinated cardiovascular care.
