Ashley Hugh, MD

Dr. Ashley Hugh is passionate about preventative care, helping families establish healthy habits around early childhood development, nutrition, and sleep. Her medical mission work in Panama and Nicaragua has informed her culturally aware, collaborative approach to patient care. With her experience as a counselor at the Crisis Text Line, she is committed to supporting families to help build emotional resilience.

Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking in Marin and having relaxing picnics in the park. She also loves discovering hidden food gems around the Bay Area and recreating recipes at home, so it's no surprise that one of her favorite shows to rewatch is Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown.
