Anna Zarate, PT

Anna Zárate, PT, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt University with experience in outpatient orthopedic and post-acute rehabilitation settings. She integrates manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and therapeutic exercise to deliver individualized, evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic conditions and those recovering from surgery. Anna also has experience supporting patients with Parkinson’s disease to improve functional mobility and quality of life. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, practicing yoga and traveling around the bay area.

Her treatment philosophy centers on empowering patients through clear education and addressing individual barriers to movement to support long-term recovery.
