Anjuli Basu, MD

Anjuli Basu was born and raised in Connecticut. She attended Connecticut College where she received a BA in English Literature. Dr. Basu attended the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated in 1996 and then completed her internship and residency at the SUNY at Buffalo Medical and Dental Consortium in Buffalo, NY. She achieved Board Certification in Internal Medicine in 2000 and in Pediatrics in 2001.

Following residency, Dr. Basu was an Assistant Professor in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at SUNY at Buffalo. She left Buffalo in 2002 to join her husband here in Marin. Since moving to Marin, Dr. Basu has worked in private practice, the Chairman of Medicine at Marin General Hospital, and, briefly, at Kaiser Permanente. She left Kaiser to rejoin her colleagues in the Marin Community. Dr. Basu currently lives in San Rafael with her husband and children.
