Alyssa Lo, MD,FACOG

Alyssa Lo, MD, FACOG, a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist was born at MarinHealth and raised in Marin County.

Thrilled to be providing women’s health care in the community where she grew up, Dr. Lo attended Archie Williams High School, completed her bachelor’s degree in Human Biology at Stanford University, her medical doctorate degree from UC Irvine Medical School, and her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at University of Southern California. In addition to being a two-time NCAA Champion in Water Polo while at Stanford, she has an impressive list of medical honors, including induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. 

Her innate excitement and passion for Obstetrics and Gynecology shows in the close patient relationships she establishes while supporting and guiding patients through adolescence, pregnancy, childbirth, perimenopause, and menopause. Her professional expertise and interests include high-risk obstetrics, vaginal birth after cesarean, contraceptive care, minimally invasive and robotic surgery, management of abnormal uterine bleeding and routine preventive care.

When not working, Dr. Lo enjoys spending time with her husband, son and goldendoodle as well as hiking and exploring cultures through cuisine.
