Free Advance Care Planning Workshop

About This Event

Whether you are living with a serious illness, caring for a loved one, or currently in the best health of your life, having a plan in place for the future is one of the most meaningful gifts you can give yourself and the people who care about you. Life is unpredictable, and there may come a time when you are unable to speak for yourself for make your own medical decisions. Advance care planning ensures that your wishes are known, respected, and honored—no matter what happens.

Join us for our Advance Care Planning Workshop, where you will gain the knowledge and tools to thoughtfully prepare for the future and provide peace of mind for both you and your loved ones. This supportive and informative session will help you take practical steps toward documenting your wishes and starting important conversations with those who matter most.

During the workshop, we will guide you through:

  • Creating an Advance Health Care Directive so your medical preferences are clearly documented.
  • Identifying your personal health care priorities and values that should guide medical decisions.
  • Choosing a trusted health care decision-maker who can speak on your behalf if needed.
  • Starting meaningful conversations with loved ones about your preferences and wishes.

Planning ahead can reduce stress and uncertainty for families during difficult times and empower you to make your voice heard. Whether you are just beginning to think about advance care planning or are ready to complete your documents, this workshop will provide clear guidance, helpful resources, and a welcoming space to ask questions.

Take this important step toward protecting your wishes and giving your family the confidence and clarity they need.
