On Mondays, join Corliss Chan, CMT as she leads us through virtual guided meditations, designed for those looking to improve their overall sense of well-being.

  • March 1st – Visiting a country home: Imagine you are visiting a beautiful country home. You are surrounded by wide open spaces away from your daily life. Enjoy the carefully arranged and lovingly tended gardens.

  • March 8th – Your images of wellness: Guided imagery can be used as a tool to strengthen our images of wellness. We work toward our healing goals or affirm the health we already experience.

  • March 15th – Relaxing seashore: Our relaxing seashore meditation provides stress relief and an extended experience in a peaceful setting. Feel comfortable and at ease you for follow this guided meditation.

  • March 22nd – Spring cleaning: As we welcome the arrival of spring our attention often turns to cleaning. Today we practice clearing our minds. What thoughts or ideas are ready for pruning to create space for what is new, inspiring, and purposeful?

  • March 29th – The bridge to relaxation: Join us for a guided imagery as we journey to a place of deep relaxation. Our 5 senses mindfulness exercise will help ground our thoughts, sensations, and emotions.
