On Mondays, join Corliss Chan, CMT as she leads us through virtual guided meditations, designed for those looking to improve their overall sense of well-being.

  • June 6 – Wash your troubles away – Imagine starting your day by clearing your mind and body. See any challenges being washed away and swirling down the drain. Let yourself be filled with love and kindness.

  • June 13 – Cooling Inflammation – Breathing deeply and focusing your brain calms your mind and eases pain. Endorphins are the body’s natural painkillers. Engaging in meditation increases your body’s endorphin release.

  • June 20 – Welcoming Summer – Summer is a time of celebrating all that is coming to fruition during this season of warmth and growth. Summer is a season of expansion. Imagine what is fully possible for yourself.
