Guided Meditation (Virtual)

About This Event

Each month, we invite you to join Corliss Chan, CMT as she leads us through virtual guided meditations, designed for those looking to improve their overall sense of well-being. Mindfulness Meditation and Guided relaxation are powerful tools that help you to manage stress, find inner peace, and improve mental functions. They can also help to cultivate self-awareness, compassion, and empathy. Regular practice can improve both mental and physical health.

In each session, you will learn and practice skills to calm the body and mind. Topics will include gratitude, resilience, stress reduction, pain management, relaxation, and more. All classes will be recorded and recordings will be available on MarinHealth’s YouTube channel.


Our meditation sessions will take place the first Monday of each month, from 10:00am - 10:45am. These sessions are free for all to attend. Please join the our virtual meditation sessions, via this link:
