Robert Gleser MD
About Provider

My name is Dr. Robert Gleser. I am originally from Johannesburg South Africa and have been in the U.S for over 40 years.

I completed my medical training at Boston University Medical Center and began my practice in Internal Medicine and Hematology in Denver. After a bout with testicular cancer my interest in Preventive Medicine was sparked and this led me to the Pritikin Longevity Center in Santa Monica CA where I was the medical director.

I then returned to Denver and developed the Healthmark Center where I published the HealthMark Program for Life and 3 very successful cookbooks and HealthMark then evolved into the first Integrated Medical Clinic in Denver and this achieved a great regional reputation for over 30 years. The Wall Street Journal on January 5, 1998 published a front page article about our success.

I am certified in acupuncture and have practiced Japanese meridian therapy. I am always striving to learn more to improve patient care and healing. I love the practice of medicine and developing relationships with patients so I can help guide them to maintain or achieve good health.

My wife Kellie and I have 4 children, two are in the bay area. We have three small dogs and love animals, music and are foodies. I have been an athlete all my life and played rugby all the way through university. I have done marathons and triathlons and this resulted in a knee replacement and now I swim and cycle. I am a competitive masters swimmer.

I am excited to relocate to beautiful Sonoma, California and be part of this wonderful community.
