Have all of your general breast-health related questions answered in a session with Dr. Rachel Yang! We'll be spotlighting breastfeeding and lactation best practices and strategies in a safe space created for mothers by Southern Marin Mother's Club & MarinHealth.

Join the Southern Marin Mothers’ Club for a special evening with Dr. Rachel Yang of MarinHealth. Dr. Yang is an accomplished physician, author and IBCLC candidate who will be leading a session focused on all of your breastfeeding questions and concerns. This special event is a partnership between MarinHealth and the Southern Marin Mothers’ Club. We are excited to kick things off with a topic that is so top of mind for many local parents! About the Presenter

Dr. Rachel Yang attended Wellesley College and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She completed an internship and residency in general surgery at Stanford University. She completed a breast surgical oncology fellowship at the University of California San Francisco. She is a certified lactation counselor and international board-certified lactation consultant. She is a member of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine and Institute for the Advancement of Breastfeeding & Lactation Education. She started the first a breastfeeding medicine clinic in the Bay Area at Marin Health, where she also works as a breast surgical oncologist. She advises many local lactation consultants, leads prenatal and postnatal educational groups, and participates in a collaborative breastfeeding medicine research group.
