MarinHealth Urology Response to COVID-19

To Our Dear Patients,

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the world around us is evolving quickly. While things continue to change, our commitment and compassion for you remain the same. As you adapt your daily lives now and in the future, we understand that many of you will still need care for urologic conditions. As a result, MarinHealth Urologists and staff remain ready and available to help in our Greenbrae, Novato, Petaluma and Napa offices.

Most importantly, we continue to prioritize your safety and risk of COVID-19 exposure as we provide continued medical care. Here are some of the things we have implemented.

  • We continue to expand the flexibility in how you interact with us. Options include:
    • Telemedicine (Video) visits via Zoom (our staff can assist you setting up this application) – this is the preferred method of patient appointments
    • In-office visits as necessary for physical exam, imaging and procedures
    • Secure messaging via the MyChart app, a feature of our electronic medical record
    • Telephone
  • We have adjusted the timing and workflow in our office to reduce the risk of potential exposure to COVID-19 such as eliminating or reducing waiting room time
  • We continually focus on maximizing the cleanliness of our office, strictly applying best practices of disinfection in all patient areas. A deep clean is performed at the end of each business day.
  • We screen all patients for COVID-19 symptoms before entering the facilities, and those requiring further evaluation and care for potential infection are immediately referred to appropriate centers.

We are actively managing our office to continually serve you, and provide the best possible care that you expect from MarinHealth Urology. We appreciate your continued trust, loyalty and understanding, and remain at the ready.

Please feel free to call or request online either an in-office or telehealth visit appointment for us to best serve your needs.

Best wishes to all those affected by the pandemic.
