Smoking Cessation Program

You Don’t Have to Try and Quit Smoking Alone

Quitting smoking is hard, especially when you go it alone. Whether you choose to go through our program individually or as part of a group, we provide the support and nonjudgmental environment you need to end this addictive and expensive habit once and for all.

Reduce your risk of heart attack, cardiovascular disease, and tobacco-linked cancers. Improve your lung function. Get the smell of tobacco out of your home, hair, and clothing. There are many reasons to cease smoking!

Our personalized, science-based program can help you go smoke-free and stay-smoke free:

  • Understand how inhaling tobacco alters your heart function and changes the delivery of oxygen to your cells.
  • See how combining therapies can improve your chance of success.
  • Learn about nicotine replacement therapies like patches, sprays, gum, and lozenges.
  • Find out which prescription medications can help suppress your cravings, and which actually increase your desire for nicotine.
  • Take monthly tests to monitor your improvement.

Day-By-Day Progress

Quitting is a positive change you can make for yourself and your loved ones. Our program will help you nurture yourself through breath work, exercise, and the power of your own creativity. We’ll also teach you techniques to deal with your triggers and overcome the urge to smoke.

Nutritional Support

Gaining weight is a common concern for many who try to quit tobacco. We’ll give you nutritional pointers about healthy foods and low-calorie snacks that may be beneficial as you clear your system of tobacco’s toxic chemicals.

Make a Commitment to Your Health

Our Smoking Cessation Program is available both as individual and group sessions. Some people prefer the privacy of a one-on-one session, while others enjoy the support and encouragement of a group setting.

Individual sessions are in person or over the phone—your choice. The first session lasts 45–60 minutes. Follow-up sessions take place over the phone and last 15 minutes.

Payment is due at the time of service. With a physician’s referral, your insurance provider may cover the cost of this service. We are happy to review your insurance or other payment options with you when you reserve your spot.
