On Mondays, join Corliss Chan, CMT as she leads us through virtual guided meditations, designed for those looking to improve their overall sense of well-being.

  • August 22 – Mountains – Envision a stately mountain range. Connect with its strength to weather all seasons and changes.

  • August 29 – Gifts of the Sea – Unwind and relax in the presence of the sea. The sea contains many voices that sing of life’s mysteries. Be fully present as its rhythm and flow washes through you.
