About This Event

On Mondays, join Corliss Chan, CMT as she leads us through virtual guided meditations, designed for those looking to improve their overall sense of well-being.

  • August 30th – Immune system odyssey – We embark on a journey through our immune system. We touch our body’s healing forces with our mind. Our immune system is a miracle of persistent warriors within that guard us from disease, injury, and invasions.

  • September 13th – Autumn Equinox – Fall is the season that prepares nature for the pruning process which ultimately results in seeds being planted for the next season. It’s a great time to take inventory of what you want to trim back or do differently as summer ends and we transition into fall.

  • September 27th – Resilience – Life is unpredictable. There will always be joys and sorrows. Resiliency can be cultivated from within by how we perceive and then react to stressors. Resilience helps us greet change and difficulty as an opportunity for self-reflection, learning, and growing.
