On Mondays, join Corliss Chan, CMT as she leads us through virtual guided meditations, designed for those looking to improve their overall sense of well-being.

  • January 11th - A restful retreat: Our mindfulness practice is followed by a guided meditation to an island retreat. Imagine what it feels like to be free of time, responsibilities, and concerns.
  • January 25th - Peace of Mind: Our mindfulness meditation shifts to enjoying a peaceful mind guided meditation as we leave behind our daily lives. We rest in open space to absorb the calm and healing essence.
